With over a decade of experience in archaeology, Jenn made a pivotal career transition twelve years ago, entering the dynamic field of construction and renovation.
Jenn offers extensive expertise in project management and coordination, cultivated through challenging excavation projects and mitigating relationships with local First Nations, Government entities, and landowners. She now seamlessly applies these skills to oversee diverse construction and renovation projects, serving as the primary liaison for clients.
Jenn possesses a unique talent for crafting spaces that blend practicality with individuality. From innovative storage solutions to family-friendly kitchen designs to total home redesign, she excels in bringing clients' visions to fruition while maintaining budget integrity.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Jenn is dedicated to serving her community. As a Crisis and Trauma responder with the Crisis Intervention & Suicide Prevention Centre of BC and an Executive Director for her neighborhood Residents' Association, she remains deeply committed to making a positive impact. In her leisure time, she enjoys quality moments with friends and actively supports her son's athletic pursuits.
Jenn's personal design preferences lean towards Mid-Century Modern, Scandinavian, and Minimalist styles, reflecting her appreciation for clean lines and timeless aesthetics.

In 2007, Trevor traded his corporate attire for a more hands-on approach to work, launching a small painting business that would later evolve into NovaWest—a comprehensive interior renovation and construction firm. With roots in rural Nova Scotia, Trevor's upbringing instilled in him a profound appreciation for manual craftsmanship, fueling his dedication to bringing projects to life through creativity and hard work.
As a graduate in Operations Management from BCIT, coupled with his commitment to ongoing professional development, Trevor seamlessly integrates theoretical knowledge with practical expertise to deliver top-tier home improvements. Renowned for his problem-solving prowess and knack for innovative solutions, Trevor ensures that each project meets the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics.
Beyond the job site, Trevor finds joy in bonding with his son over garage projects, indulging in his love for Star Trek, and enjoying a tasty craft beer.
